In April 2010, in Tynda (Amur Region), teenagers drew a swastika on the walls of the entrances of residential buildings on Ust-Ilimskaya and Mokhortova streets. In addition, locks in electrical panels and seals on electric meters were torn off in the entrances, cable television wires were cut off, doors to the attic were broken.
It is reported that similar acts of vandalism were committed on the streets of Deputatskaya, Shkolnaya, Krasnaya Presnya, Sportivnaya, and Moscow Builders.
Vandals, students of city schools, were detained at the crime scene with spray paint in their hands. Parents of schoolchildren washed the entrances.
