Instead of trial - compulsory treatment

In April 2010, the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow received for consideration the case of a Moscow teenager accused of a series of explosions committed in 2008-2009. in Moscow. By this time, the charge had been clarified: the young man was charged with the illegal acquisition and possession of explosives, incl. and committed by a group (Parts 1 and 2 of Article 222), illegal manufacture of weapons, incl. committed by a group (parts 1 and 2 of article 223), deliberate destruction of other people's property, committed in a generally dangerous way for hooligan motives (part 2 of article 167, part 2) and incitement of national hatred (part 1 of article 282).

At the end of April 2010, the court decided to send the young man to compulsory psychiatric treatment.
