On May 12, 2010, the First Arbitration Court of Appeal considered the appeal of the Suzdal Diocese of the ROAC against the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Vladimir Region dated February 24, 2010 regarding the seizure of the Church of St. Alexander Nevsky in the village Ves.
The court decided to leave the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Vladimir Region in force.
It should be reminded that several churches were already confiscated from the ROAC earlier .
