A pagan temple was desecrated in the Kaluga region

On May 15, 2010, the main temple of the Union of Slavic Communities of the Slavic Native Faith was desecrated in the Kaluga region.

One of the elders of the community found out about the desecration and went to the scene. When he began to film what was happening, the vandals began to threaten him with physical violence. The elder resisted the attackers with a traumatic pistol. He suffered serious physical injuries.

An investigation is underway.
