The State Historical Museum handed over to the Russian Orthodox Church the Metropolitan Chambers of the Krutitsky Metochion

On May 15, 2010, the State Historical Museum handed over the Metropolitan Chambers of the Krutitsy Compound to the Russian Orthodox Church. The farmstead has been handed over to the Russian Orthodox Church in parts for 17 years.

Funds for the restoration of the chambers were allocated by the Ministry of Culture.

Let us recall that the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is preparing a draft law on the transfer of ownership to all religious denominations registered in the country of buildings and lands that are now in their use.
