The trial of V. Atamanchuk has been suspended

April 13, 2010 in the Lazarevsky District Court of Sochi (Krasnodar Territory) began consideration of the criminal case of Vladimir Atamanchuk, accused of inciting ethnic hatred (Part 1, Article 282).   Recall that the case was initiated for the article “Let's go to the polls. Yes! No... Why am I not going to the polls?”, which he published in the newspaper "Lazarevskaya panorama" March 1, 2008 The article itself became the object of close attention attention of both the prosecutor's office and Roskomnadzor . In March 2010, the prosecutor's office sent a lawsuit to the court to recognize it as extremist material .   On May 18, 2010, the trial was suspended due to V. Atamanchuk.
