On the night of May 19, 2010, two young people (19 and 23 years old) were caught red-handed in Yaroslavl, who applied xenophobic inscriptions and a Nazi swastika on the buildings of the district court and the regional migration service.
They were noticed by a private security officer and called the police.
During the arrest, the young people tried to hide and get rid of the paint cans.
A criminal case has been initiated under Art. 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (vandalism).
