The court made a final decision in favor of the parole of G. Grabovoi

On May 20, 2010, the Perm Court considered the cassation submission of the prosecutor's office against the court decision on the parole of G. Grabovoy and made a decision in his favor.

Let us recall that on April 28, 2010, the court already granted the request for his parole.

On May 7, the Berezniki Prosecutor's Office for Supervision of the Execution of Laws in Correctional Institutions filed a cassation appeal against the court's decision on parole.

G. Grabovoi's lawyer asked to initiate a criminal case against prosecutor Kolesnikov. On May 17, a corresponding statement was sent to the prosecutor of the Perm region, to the country's leadership and to other authorities.
