On May 21, 2010, it became known that the Orel Factory Court delivered a guilty verdict in the case of National Bolshevik Mikhail Deev , who was accused under Part 1 of Art. 282 (inciting hatred) and part 2 of Art. 282.2 (participation in the activities of a banned organization) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Deev was fined 200 thousand rubles.
The court found him guilty on all counts, except for displaying a flag similar to the banner of the banned NBP.
Recall that earlier a great public outcry was caused there that experts saw extremism in the demonstration of the slogan "Down with autocracy and succession to the throne!" However, further in the case, including in the verdict, this slogan does not appear.
