On May 17, 2010, the Petrozavodsk City Court issued a guilty verdict under Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism), Art. 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beatings), Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (robbery) and Art. 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (involvement of a minor in the commission of a crime) in relation to members of the far-right group who attacked the punk Artur Dvoinishnikov in July 2009.

In total, 6 people were involved in the case (initially it was reported that 8 were detained in this case): the leader of the group - 31-year-old Timur Shuttiev (Snow), a student of the history department of Petrozavodsk State University (PetrSU) Vladislav Ivanov and four minors (three students of the Derzhavinsky Lyceum and a schoolboy ).

The court sentenced T. Shuttiev, who had already been convicted in 2009 under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of hatred or enmity committed in public), to 2 years and 8 months in prison, for a PetrSU student - to 2 years and 2 months, for other defendants in the case - to 100 hours of compulsory labor.
