On May 12, 2010, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court resumed hearings on a lawsuit to recognize Said Nursi's book "The Tenth Word on the Resurrection from the Dead" from the collected works "Risale - and Hyp" as extremist material.
It should be noted that the proceedings in the case were suspended until the results of the examination were received.
According to experts from Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov, the book does not contain "statements, appeals or allegations that could be unequivocally interpreted as aimed at inciting social, racial, national, religious hatred associated with violence or calls for violence" .
This book was confiscated during a search that took place in Krasnoyarsk in February 2010 as part of a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of the activities of an extremist organization).
As a reminder, we do not consider the ban on "Nurcular" and the decision to recognize the books of Said Nursi as extremist materials.
