Verdict for racist graffiti in Kursk

On May 31, 2010, the Leninsky District Court of Kursk issued a guilty verdict in the case of 18-year-old Yaroslav Pozhidaev.

The defendant was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (inciting ethnic hatred) and sentenced to a suspended sentence (unfortunately, the details are unknown to us) for drawing racist graffiti in February 2010.
