The Volgograd resident was convicted under Art. 282
In June 2010, the Krasnoarmeisky District Court of Volgograd found a 24-year-old local resident guilty of inciting ethnic hatred (Part 1, Article 282).
Recall that the young man was accused of posting xenophobic videos and images on the local file-sharing network, as well as on the VKontakte social network.
The court sentenced him to 10 months' imprisonment on probation.
The verdict has not entered into force yet.
