The sentence to Dobroslav came into force
On June 22, 2010, the Kirov Regional Court considered the cassation the complaint of the neo-pagan Alexei Dobrovolsky (Dobroslav) against the guilty verdict Leninsky District Court of Kirov dated April 27.
Recall that Dobroslav was convicted on charges of inciting racial and religious hatred (part 1 of article 282) and sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment conditional freedom.
