In June 2010, the Nyagan City Court issued a guilty verdict for distributing racist materials. A 17-year-old teenager was found guilty of inciting ethnic hatred (Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
It should be reminded that the case against him was initiated because in January 2010 he posted xenophobic videos and a brochure on the Internet.
The teenager was sentenced to 60 hours of corrective labor.
