At the end of May 2010, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Izhevsk recognized as extremist material "White primer" - neo-Nazi illustrated collection of poems in the style of "children's alphabet". In the field of view of law enforcement agencies, an Internet resource, on which was posted "Primer ..." came back in October 2008. As a result of the proceedings initiated by the Moscow City Prosecutor's Office, and the decision to ban was taken out in Izhevsk (apparently, an Internet resource was registered there). On the fact of the appearance of the “Primer ...” on the Internet, a criminal case, the investigation of which was joined by the Department of the FSB of Russia in Moscow. What is the fate of this criminal case at the moment - unknown. FSB specialists (experts of the Institute of Criminalistics of the Center special equipment of the FSB of Russia) also wrote an examination, which, apparently, was submitted to the court on the prohibition of the material, although we note that the text of the "Primer" is calculated on children, so to understand what is in the material is directly aimed at incitement to commit grave and especially grave crimes for racist and neo-Nazi motives, expertise is completely unnecessary. According to some reports, initially they tried to recognize it as extremist the entire resource, but then limited themselves to the “Primer ...”.
