The prosecutor's office of the Samara region issued a complaint to the employer who forced employees, under threat of dismissal, to study Hubbard's materials

June 30, 2010 Deputy Prosecutor of the Samara Region Vilen Zatsepin sent to the director of CJSC "RosKabelSvyaz" Lev Syrolev a representation about elimination of violations of the requirements of the legislation on countering extremist activity, labor legislation and the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

The audit established that the management of RosKabelSvyaz CJSC forced its employees in the course "to improve production efficiency" to study some of R. Hubbard's works are under threat of dismissal.

Note that the decision to recognize R. Hubbard's materials as extremist was made in March 2010, and they have not yet been included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials. In addition, the Ministry of Justice claims that this decision has not yet entered into force.
