Rector of the Church of Metropolitan Tikhon (Kiselyov) authors of the plot accused of illegal income, and parishioners - of the lack of "Christian love" and non-compliance with the "norms of Orthodox morality." In addition, reporters called the "split priest" the head of another Orthodox Church - the Autonomous Russian Orthodox Church (ROAC).
According to Vesti journalists, the temple, whose community with changed jurisdiction several times in the 1990s, should belong to the Russian Orthodox Church. Representatives of other officially registered Orthodox churches, from the point of view of the federal TV channel, are impostors and dissenters.
