The latest RONS materials are recognized as extremist

On June 9, 2010, the Leninsky District Court of Vladimir considered four lawsuits of the prosecutor of the Vladimir region on the recognition of materials extremist, and completely satisfied them. In July 2010, the decision entered into force.

Unfortunately, we do not know the details of the proceedings.

In at least three of the four applications by the defendant in the suit I. Artemov and the Russian National Union spoke, and one of the banned materials - this is the RONS newspaper "Rubezh" - No. 4 for 2008.

This newspaper came into full view of law enforcement agencies in connection with the case of S. Khlupin , who blew up an Orthodox church in December 2009 and tried to on homophobic motives to disrupt the concert of B. Moiseev in Vladimir. (Recall, RONS known for his aggressive homophobic stance and does not hide his involvement to a series of homophobic violent crimes that took place over several years back in Moscow).

What materials were are prohibited beyond this, unfortunately, not reported. True, it is known that one of them is "a Russian patriotic newspaper in black and white 2009 4-page version, and another one - A3 flyer in black and white.

Let us recall that in March 2010 a number of RONS materials were already recognized as extremist by the same court.
