The Church of Scientology has the right to appeal the decision to recognize its materials as extremist

July 13, 2010 The Khanty-Mansiysk District Court held that that Scientologists have the right to appeal decision of the Surgut court on recognition a number of materials by Ron Hubbard extremist.

Recall that the decision on recognition of 29 items as extremist of Hubbard's books and lectures were accepted into special order, without participation in the process defendant's side. We don't consider it decision is legal.
