​ Mikhail Deev's request to overturn his sentence was denied

July 13, 2010 The Oryol Regional Court refused satisfaction of the complaint of Mikhail Deev against the verdict of the Zavodskoy District Court Eagle. Deev was found guilty under Part 1 Art. 282 (inciting hatred) and part 2 of Art. 282.2 (participation in activities prohibited organizations) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Recall activist of the "Other Russia" was imposed a fine of 200 thousand rubles.

Deev stated that intends to file an appeal against The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the European Court of human rights. Sources
