In Belgorod, a case under Art. 282

In August 2010, the Belgorod Region completed investigation of the case of an 18-year-old resident of the regional center. He is accused of incitement of national and religious hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

Recall that the young man will be in the dock for provocative slogan that he wrote on the walls of houses in the city, bus stops and banknotes , allegedly on behalf of Islamic fundamentalists.
