The case of Ufa bloggers has been brought to court

August 12, 2010 UPC in the Republic Bashkortostan reported that investigation into the case against Nicholas Shvetsov, Sergey Orlov, Igor Kuchumov, Ildar Gabdrafikov and Konstantin Nesterov completed, case forwarded to the Leninsky District Court of Ufa.

Recall that they are charged under s. 3 art. 282.1 (organization of an extremist community, committed by a person with using your official provisions), part 2 of Art. 280 (public calls to carry out extremist activities carried out using media), part 3 of Art. 212 (calls for violence), paras. "b", "c" part 2 of Art. 282 (excitement hate committed by a person with using your official provisions organized by the group), h. 2 tbsp. 130 (insult contained in the media) Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The charges were brought in connection with their alleged participation in the creation site "Ufa provincial" .

All defendants have been sentenced restraint in the form of a written undertaking not to leave. Sources
