On July 23, 2010, the entrance to the liturgical building of the Witnesses Jehovah" in the village of Nezlobnaya, Stavropol Territory, where the annual the congress of this religious organization was blocked by a police car. Representatives of the FSB, the prosecutor's office and the local administration arrived at the building.

On July 24, all entrances to the building were blocked garbage trucks. A package with protruding wires was found near the building. The service did not take place, the believers were forced to leave the village.
