A sentence was passed in the Moscow region for an attack on a citizen of Kyrgyzstan

On August 19, 2010, the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow Region announced that the global the judge of the court district of the Ramensky judicial district issued an indictment sentencing of 20-year-old Sergei Lobkov and 19-year-old Kirill Vanin, who attacked citizen of Kyrgyzstan in April 2010.

The court sentenced S. Lobkov and K. Vanin under paragraph "b" part 2 of Art. 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beatings, inflicted by a group of persons by prior agreement on the grounds of national hatred) to a 4-month suspended sentence with probationary for a period of 6 months

The case was investigated by the Department of Inquiry of the Internal Affairs Directorate for Ramenskoye municipal area.

The verdict has not yet entered into force.
