The Moscow City Court overturned the court decision to terminate the activities of the newspaper “To the Barrier!”

19 August 2010, the Moscow City Court overturned the decision of the Ostankino court to terminate activities newspaper "To the barrier!". The case is directed to new consideration.

Recall that in June 2010 the Ostankinsky District Court of Moscow ruled about the closure of the newspaper "To the Barrier", in accordance with anti-extremist legislation. The editorial board of the newspaper cassation to the Moscow City Court. The publication was the successor to the newspaper "Duel", closed after years of litigation.

Note that the editors have already registered a new backup edition of "His names", which was issued instead of the newspaper "To the Barrier", whose activities were suspended.
