The quote appeared in the same row with quotes from Aristotle, V. Klyuchevsky, L. Tolstoy, F. Dostoevsky and others within the framework of the project "Wisdom peace", implemented with the support of the city committee for culture. The action was organized by the public association "Ural Magnet".

In total, within the framework of the project, about 4 thousand stickers, of which only 14 pieces were with Hitler's saying. Remaining 3 thousands (of which 11 - A. Hitler) were confiscated by employees of the mayor's office. Stickers with fascist quote, already pasted on the buses, were removed by employees of MUP "Permgorelectrotrans".

The administration of Perm stated that the list of sayings was provided in the city committee on culture, and there were quotes from Hitler in it. According to government employees, stickers with inconsistent sayings "Ural Magnet" made without permission. On this fact, an official examination.

Project coordinator and head of the organization "Choose your future" Yuri Gorodilov said that all the citations had been approved by the officials.
