September 22, 2010 Pravoberezhny District Court of Magnitogorsk (Chelyabinsk region) delivered a verdict in a criminal case against Alexander Lozovsky (born 1988)
A. Lozovsky is charged with Part 1 of Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization extremist community) and Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity, committed in public).
The court sentenced A. Lozovsky to 2.5 years probation with probation for a period of 3 years.
Recall that from July 2007 to September 2009 the convict created in Magnitogorsk, the Russian National Movement group (RDR-14) and headed his. Members of the group distributed xenophobic leaflets in the city, posted videos on the Internet and applied to the walls of buildings central streets of Magnitogorsk racist inscriptions and symbols.
