On September 23, 2010, the Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan considered the complaint of Airat Shakirov, who challenged the warning issued to him on June 1, 2010 about the inadmissibility of extremist activity.
The warning states that A. Shakirov tried to create a religious organization (“Ahl al-Sunnah”), contrasted Sunnism with the canons of “traditional” Islam, and called for armed struggle - jihad.
In the complaint, the applicant claims that he only taught lessons about the basics of Islam, did not oppose any teachings and did not call for jihad.
The court considered the warning issued to A. Shakirov to be legal and rejected the complaint.
Let us recall that in 2009 A. Shakirov was given a similar warning , which the court also considered justified .
