The court again acquitted the defendants in the case of the attempt on Chubais

On September 29, 2010, the Moscow Regional Court issued an acquittal verdict in the case of the attempt on Anatoly Chubais in the spring of 2005 of the year.

Recall that in August 2010, the jury recognized by a majority of votes innocent defendants in this case - Vladimir Kvachkov, Robert Yashin, Alexander Naydenov and Ivan Mironov.

The court recognized the right to rehabilitation as justified and exacted from the federal budget to pay for the work of their lawyers 211 thousand rubles.

The criminal case on the attempted assassination of Chubais was sent for additional investigation to the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee Russian Federation in the Moscow region.
