In Oryol, a verdict was passed under Part 1 of Art. 282
September 29, 2010 in the Northern District the court of the city of Orel issued a verdict in the case of xenophobic graffiti .
A local resident was in the dock – A. Zaitsev, who, being a supporter of the Black Hundred movement, painted several buildings in the city with xenophobic inscriptions.
The young man was found guilty of incitement of national hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and sentenced to 150 hours of compulsory work.
