The Moscow City Court rejected the complaint of Samodurov and Erofeev

October 4, 2010 The Moscow City Court upheld the verdict Tagansky District Court of Moscow recognizing Yuri Samodurov and Andrey Erofeeva guilty under paragraph "b" h. 2 Article. 282 (inciting hatred using official position) for organizing exhibition ″Forbidden Art – 2006″.

Recall, Samodurov and Erofeev were sentenced to fines in 200 and 150 thousand rubles, respectively.

Lawyer for convicts Anna Stavitskaya announced her intention apply to the European Court of Justice person.
