October 19, 2010 joined into force of the law specifying the procedure for issuing by the FSB of warnings to individuals persons (Article 13.1 of the law on the FSB: application federal security agencies preventive measures). The bill passed first and second readings in the State Duma, was approved by the Federation Council (October 5, 8 and 13 respectively). On October 16 the law was signed by the president.
