Moscow authorities transfer the ownership of the Cathedral Mosque to DUMER

On October 19, 2010, it became known that the authorities of Moscow ordered to transfer the Cathedral Mosque of the capital to the ownership of the Spiritual administration of Muslims in the European part of Russia.
