In October 2010, the Oktyabrsky District Court of the city of Stavropol recognized as extremist article by N. Porotov “Through the pages of printed publications. The article was published in the newspaper of the Stavropol regional branch of the Communist Party "Motherland" dated 03/18/2010 No. 10. According to the conclusion of the commission of specialists of the association of linguists-experts, in the text The article contains anti-Semitic statements “aimed at inciting hatred”. It should be noted that this article does indeed contain signs of inciting hatred towards Jews. (The newspaper also contains a quote from Henry Ford "International Jewry", included in the Federal List extremist materials (p. 459).
In connection with these prosecutors of the Oktyabrsky district of Stavropol sent a statement to the court recognition of the article as extremist, which the court satisfied in full.
