In the Moscow region, a court found 3 songs extremist

On October 18, 2010, in the Moscow Region, the court considered the application of the Solnechnogorsk city prosecutor's office to recognize as extremist the songs of the Cyclone-B group "For the Russian Nation" and "Russian Order", as well as the song "Skinhead" by the group "Mad Endeavors".

According to the conclusion of the linguistic examination, the lyrics " contain statements that negatively evaluate a person or a group of persons on the basis of gender, race, nationality, language, origin, attitude to religion, as well as belonging to any social group. "

The court granted the application of the prosecutor's office and recognized the lyrics as extremist.

Recall that many of the songs of the Cyclone-B group have previously been recognized as extremist and are included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (pp. 103-114).
