November 2, 2010 The Oktyabrsky District Court of Barnaul ruled supporter's conviction ″Other Russia″ Dmitry Bychkov under Part. 2 tbsp. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in activities banned organization) and Part 1 of Art. 222 UK RF (illegal acquisition, storage and carrying an explosive device).
The activist was sentenced to 2 years and 3 months in prison conditionally.
Recall that he was accused participation in prohibited activities for extremism NBP (storage and distribution leaflets). In addition, he was taken grenade.
Bychkov himself claims that both leaflets and a grenade were to him thrown up.
He intends to appeal verdict in the Altai Regional Court.
