In Perm, a sentence was passed under Art. for stickers with quotes from Hitler. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation

On October 29, 2010, the magistrate of the Industrial district of Perm issued a verdict in the case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (production and distribution of extremist materials) against the coordinator of the “Wisdom of the World” project Yuri Gorodilov and individual entrepreneur Irina Osipenko.

Let us remind you that the case was initiated in connection with the appearance of stickers with quotes from Hitler on city buses in September 2010.

I. Osipenko and Yu. Gorodilov were found guilty of committing an administrative offense and were sentenced to fines.

Let us remind you that we do not consider this case legitimate, because “the works of the leaders of the National Socialist Workers’ Party of Germany and the Fascist Party of Italy” are prohibited by law, but quoting them is not. At the same time, the attraction in October of this year of acting. the head of the city to disciplinary action “due to the lack of proper control in the coordination of quotes and statements” seems to us to be a completely adequate measure.
