Scientologists filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Justice

October 28, 2010 in the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow consideration of the claim of the religious association "Scientology Church of Moscow" to the refusal of the Ministry of Justice to exclude the works of Ron Hubbard from the list extremist materials.

Recall that on October 26, 2010, Scientology received a response Attorney General's Adviser to his request to remove materials from the list, in in which the Justice Department says that Hubbard's writings are on the list rightfully and there is no reason to exclude them.
