The ROC and FEOR agreed on joint assistance to victims of emergency situations

On November 17, 2010, a meeting took place between Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus' and Chief Rabbi of Russia (FEOR) Berl Lazar. During the meeting, an agreement was reached on joint assistance to victims of emergency situations.

During the meeting, the results of the first stage of teaching the basics of religious culture in schools, issues of combating terrorism and extremism, and work within the Armed Forces and in prisons were also discussed. Sources
