November 16, 2010 Samara Department of the Federal of the Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation recognized that the advertiser (Yolki-Palki LLC) violated part 6 Art. 5 of the Federal Law "On Advertising", which prohibits the use of obscene and offensive imagery.
