On December 2, 2010, in Balashikha (Moscow Region), operatives of a special police detachment of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Central Federal District detained 22-year-old V. Fakhrutdinov, 26-year-old A. Lisitsin and 36-year-old I. Golubkov, previously convicted.

During the searches, the detainees seized a mining kit with a fragmentation mine, delayed-action mines in an incompletely equipped form, blasting devices, an explosive charge, batteries, an electric detonator, and a demolition machine. According to investigators, on December 30, young people planned to make an explosion in one of the clubs in Balashikha - on that day, an event with the participation of anti-fascists was planned there.

A criminal case has been initiated on the fact of illegal storage of ammunition.

Law enforcement officers contacted V. Fakhrutdinov, A. Lisitsin and I. Golubkov as part of the investigation of a criminal case on the racist murder of a native of Buryatia, 23-year-old Bair Sambuev. Recall that the young man was killed in Moscow in September last year. Actions in memory of the deceased were held in the capital and in Ulan-Ude .
