The prosecutor's office of the Voronezh region declared illegal the police's demand to provide complete information about the city's Muslims

established The request was sent by police department No. 6 of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the city of Voronezh and, as the audit , violated the law "On freedom of conscience", "On state secrets" and "On operational-search activity."

The prosecutor's office of the region submitted a proposal to the acting head of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate for the Voronezh region to eliminate violations of the law. The submission raised the question of bringing the perpetrators to disciplinary responsibility.

At present, the request has been withdrawn by the Central Internal Affairs Directorate for the Voronezh Region.
