On December 12, 2010, in Moscow on Sudostroitelnaya Street, a group of young people for no apparent reason attacked a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, Alisher Shamshiev (born in 1973), passing by. There were about 15 attackers, including a girl. The man was punched and kicked, and then one of the young men stabbed him in the spleen. The Kyrgyz citizen died from his injuries.
A criminal case has been initiated under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).
Shortly before the murder, a group of aggressive football fans was seen near the Nagornaya metro station, shouting xenophobic slogans.
