Novgorod television against ECB

10 and on December 13, 2010, the Novgorod regional television broadcast two stories, directed against the Church of Evangelical Christian Baptists (authors - Robert Frantsev, Andrey Konstantinov, Maxim Lebedev).

In one of the films, the elder presbyter Anatoly Korabel is accused of excommunicating one of the parishioners for marrying an unbeliever. Commenting on the plot the presbyter noted that the people mentioned in the film are not parishioners of the Church for several years. Svetlana Mikhailova, according to the presbyter, was not excommunicated, but was put on notice for being about to go out marry an unbeliever (fifth marriage).

Draws attention and the fact that the film is supplemented with fragments services, but not Baptist, but the Orthodox Church Mother of God "Sovereign".

Offended the plot of the film, the leaders of the Protestant churches of the Novgorod region made a collective appeal Governor of the region S.G. Mitin and Commissioner for Rights human G.S. Matveeva.
