In January 2011, an investigation was completed in Orel criminal case against an ultra-right group. Five will soon be in the dock young people, two of whom are minors. They are accused of they are from November 2009 to March 2010 committed a series of arsons of buildings belonging to immigrants from the Caucasus, namely: two trading pavilions, a cafe and premises of the LLC "Torgovy Dom".
Young people are charged with Art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional destruction of another's property), Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism) and Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred). In addition, one of them has been charged according to part 4 of Art. 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (involving a minor in committing crimes).
Recall that in August 2010, was detained an ultra-right activist in Orel a group whose members were also engaged in arson and explosions .
The case has already gone to court.
