Another banned Nazi work is banned in Bashkiria

January 13, 2011 Miyakinsky District Court of the Republic Bashkortostan satisfied the claim of the district prosecutor Amir Akhmetov and recognized extremist material in the book of Joseph Goebbels "Diaries of 1945. Recent entries". This became known on March 16, 2011 from the next updating the Federal List of Extremist Materials.

Recall that in the Federal Law "On countering extremist activities" works of the leaders of the National Socialist Party Germany are directly classified as extremist materials and do not need additional court decision prohibiting them.

Joseph Goebbels - Minister of Propaganda in Nazi Germany - definitely falls into the category of already banned authors.

Prosecutor Akhmetov has already acted as the initiator of the bans already banned books by Hitler, Himmler and Mussolini. In one of the interviews, he directly said that he considers this activity necessary, since this prohibition is in the law "not regulated enough".

In our opinion, there is no point in inflating the already an immense list of prohibited materials (this book, for example, goes in it under point 795, and the total number of points today is more than 800). The prohibition in the Federal law is quite enough for successful law enforcement. We see in activities of the Miyakinsky prosecutor's office and the court are a vivid example of imitation anti-extremist activities.
