December 22, 2010 District Court of Miyakinsky District of the Republic of Bashkortostan satisfied the claim of the prosecutor's office for recognition as extremist material from Heinrich Himmler's book "The SS Man and the Question of Blood". Solution entered into force on January 12, 2011.
Recall that the works of the leaders of the National Socialist German parties are included in the definition of extremist activity in the law and are not need an additional court ruling prohibiting them.
Himmler was the head of the SS - assault squads Nazi Party, so the ban certainly applies to his books.
Recall that this is not the first such case in Bashkortostan. Loud, but a senseless campaign against the books of Nazi and Fascist leaders, part of which is the last ban, was undertaken by the prosecutor Amir Akhmetov.
