Another picket against the construction of a mosque in Kaliningrad

On January 16, 2011 another picket was held in Kaliningrad against the construction of a mosque on the territory of the city park "Yuzhny". IN The action was attended by about 100 people.

The picketers believe that the city authorities, who allowed the construction, "contribute ethnic tensions and extremism." The protesters called for administration "to give Muslims another place for a mosque, wherever these contradictions did not escalate." Sources
