The Ministry of Justice ignores the court ruling and does not remove Scientology materials from the “extremist list”

As we became aware in mid-January 2011, Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow considering the claim of the Church of Scientology Moscow to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, back in October 2010 issued a ruling on the obligation of the Ministry before the end of the proceedings to remove from the Federal list of extremist materials of 29 titles of books by Ron Hubbard.

On October 29, the court was suspended with the wording "to recover evidence", the next meeting will be held on February 7.

According to the decision of the court, enforcement proceedings have been started, however, Scientology materials are still on the List.

Recall that the materials of Scientologists were recognized extremist Surgut city court in March 2010, and although this decision cannot be recognized as having entered into force , they were included by the Ministry of Justice in the "extremist list".
